Mr. Fish Seafood Restaurant

If you're looking for a good meal with great service, look no further. We picked this restaurant from a friend's recommendation and being with our young toddlers and it was exactly what we expected. A great family restaurant with good food. The hush puppies served when you first sit down were very delicious. Joey (our amazing server) even brought a second basket for our kids to enjoy. For food, we got raw oysters, a sushi roll, sautéed fish, stuffed mushrooms, and a few kid's meals. The kid's quesadilla and burger were fairly large so pretty hearty for them. The fish trio was cooked perfectly and was plenty to share of take some home. The raw oysters weren't our favorite but they were pretty good. All-in-all, we had a great experience and Joey was a wonderful server. The bathrooms are clean, the place is well put together and the staff is nice. We couldn't have asked for more for a family meal.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Loved that they had gluten free pasta options! All four of us really enjoyed our meals and three of us brought home half for lunch today. Definitely family friendly!

We have been twice. The first time we sat at the bar and the service was okay and the food was awesome!!! The second time was tonight. We were told it would be a 25 minutes wait for a table and asked if it was okay to sit at a high top with no wait. We said sure. We were greated pretty quickly by one of the waiters but the service went down hill from there. Once we placed our order he said he would wait to put in the food order because the appetizer would take a while. It took a little while to wave him down to ask him not to do that and it took us grabbing another waiter to get our whole order put in upfront. Once our food arrived my sandwich way burnt. I had ordered the same item as the first visit because it was so good however the sandwich was very hard. It took over 30 minutes to get replacement. We once again had to flag down another server to get it fixed. Our sever walked past several times and each time we tried to wave him down with no luck. Our food was wonderful but I'm not sure i would go back because of the service.

We went at around 5 on a weekday and were seated immediately. Our waitress (Hanna?) was very nice and accommodating to the picky 5-year-old we had in our group! We had the crab dip, crab mac'n'cheese, and one of the fish specials. Food came out pretty quickly and was amaaazing! They have a catch of the day selection that's all fish that comes straight from the seafood market next door, which if i understand correctly they get their selection straight from the fishing boats each day so it's always FRESH. It was all very reasonably priced for beach food! We will definitely be coming back here the next time we go to Myrtle Beach! All that being said, i wouldn't waste your money on the fried pickles. It's like they took a single pickle and cut it long ways and there wasn't enough batter.

Chose to go here because of the reviews and menu. So glad I did. The food was fantastic. From start to finish, I was highly satisfied with all of the staff and service I received. Their she-crab soup was by far the best I've ever had. So much fresh crab, and the taste was to die for! I'll definitely be coming back in the future! Great job to all of the employees!

We order the Platter combination, calamari, and Dragon roll sushi, it was excellent! We were too excited so we ate the platter and calamari before taking pictures of it. :O We will definitely eat there again!

Don't let the outside fool you. It doesn't look like anything special. But the food is AMAZING! The bacon wrapped scallops are WONDERFUL. The Shrimp & Grits is the BEST I've ever had. And the Peach Cobbler is DIVINE! This is definitely one of the best Seafood Restaurants in Myrtle Beach!

The food was great and the service was even better. We had 2 small dogs with us so we asked if they could seat us by a window facing the parking lot. The hostess and manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. Since we were in a section that was usually not open for another hour, the manager, Jerry, agreed to serve us personal so as not to inconvenience other employees as the restaurant was just opening for the day. He even expressed concern for my food allergies. We made a minor change to my order and everything was great. He even offered water for our dogs as we were leaving. I will definitely be back every time I am in Myrtle Beach.

If you’re looking for some seafood in Myrtle Beach, there are a ton of restaurants, and chains…but we got the recommendation of this local owned for 50+ years restaurant from a local hotel worker who said this is the place to go! It had amazing food and awesome happy hour specials. Servers were nice! Make sure you go there for happy hour for the early bird specials almost half off! Everything was amazing!

Food was tasty and well made. Service was questionable - server didnt really know anything about fish. Price was on higher side. Online menu posted happy hour menu with $2 margaritas (actual cost was $5), but they would not honour advertised price on webpage (attached screenshot).

Food was amazing! The crabmeat macaroni and cheese was superb!

If you are a seafood lover you won’t want to miss this! I have tried the popular seafood buffets and they don’t compare! I highly recommend the she crab soup and the flounder.

Apparently one of the top ten rated seafood restaurants in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We had the Stuff Half Lobster and the Steam Pot, share this along the floor of us. The Steam Pot was a little too salty for us. They gave us their renown Hushpuppies as appetizers. We also orders happy hour appetizers for a reasonable price. Our waiter was Rett, great personality and tolerant with our dry sense of humor.
