After the horrible experience last week the manager Melissa reached out to me regarding this issue very quickly I might add and offered a way to correct this experience. So today I went back to this establishment and was presented with the order that I originally ordered and the wings were to perfection, no ranch and extra jerk sauce. I also was able to meet with the general manager Luther was extremely apologetic and wanted to make sure that my order was correct. It's very rare for restaurants to go out their way to make sure that customers are happy and fix any issues. Food was great and management is awesome.
