The burgers are great, and they have just as great beer on tap. The fairly unique live music they have every night means you can find a band you like at least one day a week. The patio outside is also great.

21c is probably the closest but there's plenty within walking distance as you get back into downtown or down on the banks
Hi Ryan. sign up begins at 8:45 every Tuesday, performances from 9pm-12:30am. 10 minute limit on performance time.
Probably depends on how many fans you have and how much they're going to spend at the bar
