Home depot. They are all the same. 40 workers walking around and when you ask one of them a question it's never their department and they send you to someone else. I think it's an inside joke. The checkout people are usually nice.

The Promenade does have a tow policy. The Hilton Garden Inn just over from Home Depot has overnight parking for guests.
