Moonshine 152

Had a great late night meal here , 1/2 salad with beets hold the bacon. The prices seemed about right except for the tapas inspired potatoes,they were good but I can’t figure out why they were so expensive. Our server was nice enough but kind of blah . I would give it another shot.

Food was delicious!!!! Fried chicken wings were so freaking tender! Fell right off the bone!!! Had the Basil rice bowl and that was delicious as well!! Staff was super nice and being in the service industry myself, seeing the owner/chef come out and deliver food and even help clean off some tables on her way back to the kitchen was 👍👍👍 Now that is a way to conduct business! They also loved and helped us eat my husbands birthday pie ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ will be back for sure!!!

We had an incredible dinner tonight at Moonshine 152. Visiting Boston from NY, we were eager to find something different from the typical American cuisine, yet familiar. Moonshine 152 offered just that. Food was amazing, flavors wonderfully synchronized. We had the spicy lamb meatballs which were absolutely delicious. The crispy specks of kale combined with the sweet raisins provided an amazing backdrop to the spice in the meatballs. The cajun founder and the buttermilk chicken wings were out of this world. Every dish was well composed and reflected the chef’s vision and experience. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef herself who came to the table. So down to earth, simple and compassionate, it was clear that she had what it takes to be unique and different in this competitive field. Moonshine 152 is a perfect example of a dream coming true with hard work, passion and vision. Loved Moonshine 152, will always eat here when in Boston.
