The costumer service is very good and friendly also the shisha and foods it’s amazing

I like the interior of this cafe. Their coffee is amazing and their staff is very nice

Plenty of seating but this places gets really busy really fast at around 8pm on a Saturday. The chicken tikka was out of this world. The chicken was cooked brilliantly, the naan was moist and soft and the rice smelled and tasted amazing. Their mixed barrie smoothy was delicious. This place has a little bit of everything as well as a homely feeling.

Friendly staff, who will try to make you feel welcomed and satisfied.Also their food is good and you can refill french fries.HOWEVER, they have a 'minimum charge', which is a new made-up rule that the owner(s) decided to enforce in a country where no one uses a minimum charge obviously :). They will also refuse to serve you tap water to force you to buy bottled water. If you ask why and how, the waiters/waitresses will do their best to explain that it's out of their hands and those are the owners rules.You can also tell from their responses on the constructive reviews on Google that they don't like to be criticized and they take it personal. Very professional lol

I’m not really a shisha lounge type. I could however appreciate the food. Well seasoned, great service, and far better than Haze or Toshka. If you want good quality meals with hefty portion sizes, Moods is the place to be.

The restaurant is nice, service is quick and the server was very polite and nice as well. The only 2 drawbacks are they don't serve tap water without a charge which is almost the same price as the bottle of water. In fact bottle of water is more expensive than soda drink. I asked the server that I need lukewarm water from the tap to intake my medicine and she refused because the manager "Ahmed or Ackmed" wouldn't allow her to do that. I didn't end up taking the medicine.Secondly, the place is not child friendly. The washrooms were not cleaned and the dirty mop was kept outside the washroom.These are few concerns I had but the food and service as I mentioned was nice. I would think twice going here now since I like my lukewarm tap water especially when I'm against the use of plastic material damaging our land.

In contrary to the other comments I saw posted..I go their with my friends occasionally and the service was fine..Food and sweets are quite delicious and good for the price..and the Hookah is perfect..I went there with my family in Ramadan and the owner himself offered some extra sweets on the house.. I really liked the gesture..And when I went there in another time.. and didn’t find a table I like.. since it was very busy.. they apologized and were very nice..I would definitely recommend this place..

We came here last night with a group of 6. Everyone enjoyed the night. The service is perfect and it is a clean and nice atmosphere.Tv screens, music is perfect volume and you can relax and still talk. Food is good, nice beverages and great sheeshsa.We are already looking forward to the next time.

Not recommended for food. Bad quality. However nice decore and good place for hangout only if you want Shisha.

I was driving through the area late at night and had a problem with my car years ago. We pulled into the Moods's parking lot to see the issue. We needed wire to hold the muffler up and everywhere was closed. Luckily, the owner or manager came out with clothes hangers for us to use and we were back on our way. Will never forget the kindness of him helping us out that night!!

One of the best places feels like you are back in egypt cafes. Helpful and friendly staff.

This place is worth a visit. They serve big portions for reasonable prices. Constantly neat and with excellent character. Will come visit again.
