Love,love the laid back charm of this place. The cozy seating area with sofa feels like I'm in my living room, hanging out with freinds. Very private on weekdays after lunch hour. I don't drink coffee, come for the atmosphere.

Coffee was very good. Friendly baristas. Outdoor seating on the plaza. Plenty of indoor seating also. I would have like a lunch item but they were pretty much sold out today.

There is street parking .I have never had a problem finding parking nearby!
Yes, they still have open mic and poetry slams Wednesdays from 730pm to 930 (sometimes til 10). It's a small venue with limited seating for spectators, though they usually have time for everyone who wants to get on the mic for a few minutes.
