Food is always good. Love comming here. Kinda expensive but always a great place to take some1. Good combination of clean and busy. Even tho its loud it does have intimate feel

When we came in it was busy and we sat at the bar. They seated our party of four in 15 minutes again in the bar. Took our orders brought one appetizer and forgot about us. Didn't see our server Ashley for almost half an hour. She told us it was busy in the kitchen no apologies although the bar had emptied and there were only a few tables with guests. I had to ask for another drink nothing was offered Another twenty minutes before we got our food. People who came after us he been fed and were finished. We would have been ok if she just spoke to us explained and managed expectations. No communication and seemed distracted and elsewhere. Very quick to take the order and bring the bill but everything in between was very poor service. Normally would have asked to speak to a manager but we had travelled all day and just wanted to eat and go to our hotel. Won't be able to recommend Montana's at this location. This was last Friday night.

Placed an order on skip the dishes and they CONFIRMED it.... the poor skip the dishes guy went there just to be told they “didn’t have it in stock” or something, which he then had to relay to me. Why confirm an order if you don’t have it, and if you realize you can’t make the order after you already confirmed it why not get a hold sooner rather than waiting for the skip the dishes person to arrive? Pay more attention to your online orders and be more considerate of people waiting for an online order by telling them ahead of time if you can’t do it rather than waiting until last minute. Also when you go there in person, the wait times are normally ridiculous to get your food. Tonight was the driving force to call the restaurant out.
