This place holds a special place in my heart. 11 years ago (2007) I lived in the nearby Sakura House (gaijin house). The first day of my stay I decided to shop a bit, became lost of course and one of the places I asked for directions was this place. The old man standing there said jokingly: "My daughter is studying English, if you speak English with her while she helps you, I'll allow it."I of course say yes and she helps me the best she can to locate my dorm on a map, but to no avail. Fortunately since I was just a big dumbo I was just going in circles and the dorm was like 300m further up the street.Going back to Tokyo I knew I had to find that place again, just to see it. After going there and telling them of my experience I learn that the girl that helped me that day is right now living in New York and has a family there. That is so awesome.To end my visit I had the same ice milk tea and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Sendagaya Tokyo.
