Great Brunch drinks and many options. Staff could be nicer and more welcoming to people of various ethnicities especially being in NYC where the city is full of different races. My group felt the stares and saw the difference on the treatment.

Monk’s is one of the newer bars in the area and it has quickly become a go to for both great beer and food. They have an awesome menu of pub fare staples like pot pies, bangers and mash, etc. They also have a “specials†list that always seems to have something new to try. (The Thai chicken spring rolls are my fave when they’re there!) Pair it with some craft beers, many of which locally brewed.Staff is great, super friendly and the 2 floors means you’ll always be able to find some space with some friends.
