My fiance’ and I bought apple pie from Mona Lisa Barkey. We brought it to home. We opened the box and found fruit flies came out from apple pie. We closed it right away and tape the whole box. We returned it right away and got refund. We will never come back to the store again!

Very expensive cookies per pound. The cookies arent that bad. The pastries were ok, not great and a little pricey compared to other italian bakeries few blocks down. Customer service is terrible and the staff members are very disorganized whe packaging. Prices should be posted on display. The young staff members did not even know the prices at all. I wondered if I got overcharged. It was christmas eve, and I did not want to argue. Definitely not coming back.

Awful. This bakery USED to be good, not anymore. The cakes were dry and tasteless. The whipped cream was too sweet. The Tiramisu was too creamy. They just couldn't get the right balance for any cake that my table ordered.

Absolutely amazing. Fresh food, great staff. Worth the trip to the old neighborhood any day
