Great service and food were delicious. Only thing I would recommend is getting there early. The restaurant is a little small.

Really good breakfast joint. The lilikoi pancakes are good. Not as groundbreaking as some reviews here say. But great. The hidden gem was the chorizo omelet.

We movie this place. I’d love to see them add an eggs Benedict!

Exactly what I needed. Everyone was welcoming & friendly. Definitely felt aloha lives here. The breakfast was great/large portions and filling. Cooked perfect and flavorful, and the price was great. It'll be a regular stop for me when I'm visiting the island

Walked right in Saturday morning as I was traveling solo I was immediately seated at the counter. I ordered the Lilyko'i pancakes two eggs in Portuguese sausage and the meal was absolutely phenomenal. The pancakes were not too sweet as often the case with pancakes because the sourness of the Lilyko'i moderated the whole experience. All the flavors went together the Portuguese sausage the egg which I got over easy. some of the egg yolk mixed with the lilycoy sauce and that alone was worth the price of a mission. atmosphere was nice, casual inside was cool with AC. Will definitely go there again. PS and someone who normally does not eat carbs so that undoubtedly influenced to my experience. PPS. I noticed someone complaining about The pricing not matching the advertised specials. However this person didn't notice the special is only good during the week and not on the weekends. It's unfair to impugn the integrity of the restaurant when you don't read the fine print.

Food is great and staff was friendly. Parking and location is tricky. Google map takes you to the back of the building. You can park right in front of Mokes if you drive around the block and follow the parking signs. The liliko’s pancake sauce was delicious and I was quite tempted to eat it by the spoon full!

Update: We ordered the Big Kat off the secret menu. It's too much for one person unless you're a big eater, we shared it. Two eggs over corned beef hash over ribeye steak with fried rice with gravy and portuguesse sausage on the side. The food and the service was again excellent. We went there at 9am on a Thursday with no waiting. The service was excellent once we were able to get seated. The dining area is very small. But it was definitely worth the wait. I loved the Loco Moke with ribeye steak, which was perfect med rare and very tender. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. We just found another great breakfast restaurant to put on our list when we go to Waikiki or Kailua.
