Would be a 5, but it was a tad slow. Amazing service in regards to the speed of production. Wonderful crew working there, manager made sure to compensate those for their wait time, which goes a long way for returning customers. I respect that.

I come here often and it's always busy but the crew does well and keeps the line moving and the crew has had the same faces for a while too. It's good to see the same people all the time. The crew also does a good job keeping it clean.

We experienced a rather unkept floor and bathroom and the chicken was dry and tasteless. Will not return. Staff was pleasant.

I’ve been to Moes in Mechanicsville, Virginia for a Virginia State Fair Ticket Giveaway, but I’ve never eaten there. Today I took advantage of my free birthday burrito. I got steak, lettuce, cheese, peppers, and sour cream. They threw in some chips for free too. I would’ve bought sauce if I had noticed but I was daydreaming and didn’t know I got free chips until I opened the bag at home. The burrito was excellent. The chips tasted fresh and delightful even without dipping sauce. Not much salt. Just the right amount. I will be returning.

Great food, great service and amazing price. The dining area is clean too. The only complaint I could ever have was that the food wasn't labeled so I couldn't tell the difference between sour cream and queso lol both were fresh and tasted great though.
