Moe's Southwest Grill

First off, I freaking love Moe's and I hate giving a one star review! This rating applies to no other Moe's but this one. This location is getting a one star review because you all CONSISTENTLY skimp on the guacamole. However, whenever my husband picks up food for me, you pour it on for him. Which makes me think you discriminate based on size and/or gender when it comes to portions. You do the same thing with the meat too. Look, I love some food, and I hate being shortchanged at this Moe's location. It has happened probably 10 times now so a review is long overdue. Solution? Be generous when preparing meals! The hell you think I'm paying for it for!

We love hanging out. Last night we found this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We spent a lovely evening there with very good meal and a courteous crew and a distinguished cuisine. We put this place in our list and we will definitely return soon. Highly recommended.

Good burritos and salsa is awesome.

Better than chipotle

The cashier on duty today was very sweet and quick! I dine in with my husband and kids and she always offers to take the food to our table! I will keep coming in!

The food isn't bad and they offer a special on Mondays. Free refill on nachos. Freestyle Coke machine with a very wide variety of flavors, although they tend to run out of popular flavors towards the evening on Mondays. They have a salsa bar with 6 flavors plus a hot sauce. The interior is clean and the workers are helpful.

How can you not love a place that yells, "Welcome to Moe's!!!!" as soon as you walk in the door? Honestly, I have no idea why this place isn't more popular than Chipotle. The food is better - they have a wide variety of foods in addition to the traditional "Mexican" food that Chipotle serves, and their green salsa is ridiculously good.

It was good food and Friendly people. Just like every other Moe's I have been too. This was my first time at this location and for a Moe Monday it wasn't that crowded for lunch. I not sure why the Guacamole Reviewer was complaining about if you want more Guaco just ask for more... Pretty simple 🤔🤔.. anyways I like this place what I expected same great service and food as the rest of them. If you want to talk about ones that suck that would be the Bristol, TN Moe's.. HORRIBLE......but this one in Bailey's Cross Roads gets 👍👍 from me 🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯👍👍🤓🤓🎣🎣🎣🌮🌮

Another favorite spot for a quick bite. LOVE the ladies who are usually working there during the day. Always super nice and welcoming!

I went in for a much desired taco salad. The only thing that appeared fresh was the bowl. The meat was very dark and very greasy. The beans were actually dry. I asked the preparer about the time that these items had been sitting and he told me "everything in fresh". I was disgusted, so I left. Horrible!

Good food, great specials... I will go back
