I wish 0 stars was an option. I always order through the mobile app so I can have my order accurate and ready to go. Yet this location NEVER has it ready. This last time, they claimed to not even receive the order, despite it being right there on my phone. And no recommendation on how to handle it. Just moved on. Guy behind me stated he had been there 20 minutes waiting on his order. They claimed they were still cooking the steak for his order. Go to Greenbrier, even if it's much further away. I know I will be from now on.

Just had lunch delivered and it was a big disappointment. The burritos were cold and fell apart, the salads had very little lettuce and chicken and too much salad dressing. I just wasted $40 on four meals that normally are fine when ordered in person. (Fairfield)

I went to pick up an order that should have already been ready. I waited 1/2 hour for it. I watched every customer that came in after me get their food. But I was a delivery driver so I had to wait. Doesn't Moe's realize that I am representing their customer. I finally walked out after I stood there and watched them hand the food to another customer while the manager left to do something else after all the customers had been served. I will Not eat at Moes again and I will Not pick up an order from them again. A customer is a customer, it doesn't matter who picks up the order.

The food is great dont get me wrong but the guy why dropped my burrito and cup of queso and put it on my chips like nothing happened. Dude. Nasty. I had to ask for new chips and the girl checking me out asked why, when I told her everyone suddenly looked lost and confused. Please just make sure your staff os trained and let them know the 5 second rule does not apply in a resturant.

I love their queso. If their prices were so high I would probably eat here more often.

This is the worst moes in virginia beach. Take my word 9 out of 10 times you come here youll recieve rude staff, and they wont put nearly anything in your food. Go to literally any other moes, and if they arent open dont come here at all. Would give a zero star if i could!!

This was definitely the dirtiest Moe's we have ever been to. The floors and tables were dirty, the trash cans were over flowing and the prep counter looked like it hadn't been wiped down in quite a while. We do not plan to go back to this location.

Haven’t been to Moe’s in months. My son requested it, and my husband didn’t want the usual Chipotle bc they don’t have black olives, we usually do Chipotle. I ordered 2 large wraps and a chicken bowl. The lady made my bowl , rice, beans , chicken , lettuce, sour cream and cheese. The bowl was so little ingredients it didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl, literally half the bowl was black and blank, I asked if they started Making the scoops and she said “ no it’s the usual” the wraps we got were tiny in ingredients, literally the smallest burritos I have seen, but the price is more. I paid the same for my wrap and my sons chicken bowl. I am 100% disappointed in the quantity compared to the price and comparison to Chipotle. We will defiantly never ever come back. When the bottom of the bowl is half visible that’s not ok when you’re charging those prices

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT BEFORE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GET VERY SICK. THEY HAVE ROACHES AND THEY ARE VERY ACTIVE BY THE SALSA BAR!!! I TOLD THE STAFF AND MANAGER AND THEY WERE NOT SURPRISED AT ALL. THE MANAGER WENT AND GOT BUG SPRAY FROM THE BACK AND SPRAYED. YEAH OMG SHE TOLD ME THEY ARE REMODELING AND THAT WHERE THEY ARE COMING FROM. WELL THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS CLOSE RESTAURANT UNTIL YOU GET THIS PROBLEM TAKING CARE OF. THE ROACHES WERE CRAWLING ON SALT AND PEPPERS Shakers, WALL AND SALSA BOWLS! ITS YOUR LIFE IF YOU CONTINUE TO EAT AT A PLACE LIKE THIS BUT JUST BEWARE YOU WILL GET SICK! THE STAFF IS RUDE AND RESTAURANT IS NASTY! Wish I could post the video I took!

Nasty location, visited 7/21/19 as mention the grills are filthy char, grease and scum everywhere. Fresh options looked old and jumbled. Steak looked like it sat out for a while. The guy that ran the cash register. Took his gloves off after then brushed his hands through his hair and proceeded to sticks his hands in the ice chest on the counter full off bottled drinks. Picks up a hand full of ice and just rubs it in his palms, as the ice and melting water falls back into the chest. I stood there watching in disgust. I could NOT believe what was happening right in front of me. Nasty employees. Made my stomach turn, first and LAST time at this location.

Great food. Healthy. Expensive but large portions.

Food was great but the staff seemed unenthused to be there lol
