Food was tasty but over priced

two days ago was the first time we came to that good restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We had a good time with the good service, with the fine meal and booze and with the comfortable cost. We will absolutely return there in a short time.

Stopped in on Monday 10/14/19, this location in particular is consistently different from others in nearby towns. I hadn't been to this one in at least over a year and occasionally visit other locations.Upon coming in, there was a messy hand written sign that said something along the lines of "Ice machine not working, we apologize for the inconvenience". The customer service at this location has always been weak and yesterday, somewhat understandably was no exception because there was only one person working the entire restaurant. Naturally, they were out of burrito of options, off the top of my head I can remember there was no black beans or cabbage.

They have some good deals once in a while which is the only time I go. When you order online they essentially refuse to give you your food. I have to interrupt the person working otherwise I would just stand there for an hour. F- service.

The quinoa bowl smelled funny and had to throw it away. The chips were stale. Complete waste of money. Will never go back to this location.

The service is friendly, and the store is pretty clean. Prices are so so. The food is remarkably consistent store to store, so you always know what you're getting. It's just that what you're getting is good, never great. Your kids will like it more than you do.

This place is fine if you watch them assemble your meal. But they make mistakes every time we get it from the app. Usually I’m pretty forgiving. Tonight was crazy. Ordered six items for six people. Picked up and brought home. Two of the six items were missing, two of them were made wrong and were missing the chicken. No chips or salsa. I wondered if we had missed a bag but my husband said they handed it to him and said that was everything. When I called to let them know about the missing food, the staff was rude, acted like there was no possible way food was missing, and refused to refund our meal and said we had to bring back the food so they could fix it. Totally unacceptable and the last time we go there.
