Moe's Southwest Grill

Very satisfied with the customer service received today! I was given a gift card by my coworkers and when I went to use it it was not working. Instead of them making me feel bad about it oh, they were very reassuring and walk me through what I should do to check on the balance. They were very polite and displayed amazing customer service which is what I look for when I go to places. I always say you never know what a person is going through so it's important to treat every person with respect and this place gave me that ease of mind. When I have had bad service at other places I never returned and I made sure to spread the word. I will make sure that I spread the word of how wonderful this Moes is in Fort Mill! The food was amazing in the customer service rocks!

Food was great and staff was just as wonderful. Much better food quality and value than that Chipotle place, in my opinion.

Tried something new tonight - First Rule of Chicken Club (quesadilla). Very good. We also had the Three Amigos (tacos), also tasty. We had to clean the table at the booth we wanted to sit in, but to be fair we didn't ask anyone if they could clean it. Also, the "Welcome to Moe's" was a bit underwhelming. Small thing, but I did notice it. The sweet tea was VERY sweet, exactly as I like it. Staff was very friendly.
