Moe's Southwest Grill

This location is horrible. I have never seen a location this filthy and poorly managed. We were the 3rd person in line and it took us 20 minutes to place our order. The coke machine needed attention. The restroom wreaked. We could smell it 20 feet away. The Moe's reward program does not work at this location either. Baskets piled high at the trash can which needed emptying. Had to clean our own table. I am a fan of Moe's and this location is closest to where I live but I will not be back.

I love the Moe's in Hoover. However, I think the workers at this location need to work on their customer service skills. The building needs a renovation because there was water leaking from the roof. The bathroom was horrible.

I really enjoy eating at Moe's, but the last few times I've visited this location, it hasn't been the most ideal experience. The sauces were a little watered down. Not sure if this is a cost saving method, but the sauces are the best part of the meal in my opinion.
