Moe's Southwest Grill

Food was good as usual. However very unhappy with the drink selection . Followed a HS teams bus which caused the Coke an Dr Pepper to be used up. Explained the outage and was to to just pick another selection. No desire by the staff to replace the syrup or refund my money. Kind of a tough luck for you attitude Note at that time they here not busy, may be one other person in line. I will really think twice about visiting the Wolf Rd location again as this is the second time the soda machine has to been supply properly.

First place I stopped when I left Albany airport. I am from SC and they had sweet tea... it was good too. Food was great and staff was very friendly. A+excellent

When we entered the restaurant the associate at the counter was on her phone and just rolled her eyes at us as we approached the counter, the food was good despite them being out of ingredients that they were obviously not going to try to replace. Obviously the holidays can be stressful for people but seeing as we were almost the only customers there I think they could have at least gave a token effort to being pleasent. Will not be going back

Quick, tasty choose your own fixings for burritos!

Yummy burrito, great size. Good chips and queso. The burrito was both bigger and better than I expected. I also liked the bottled root beer.

First time and I am very impressed. Real food. Way better than regular fast "food" places

We arrived at 2pm on a Sunday. The dining area was dirty including the floors, the tables and the seats. The staff were pleasant but each had a flat affect. The food that was suppose to be warm was cold. My husband thought the food was bland. I thought the food tasted okay. It tasted like typical fast food. The menu has been reduced compared to the last time I visited a Moe’s Grill. The whole place needs a pick me up and some soap and water. Last dining experience there.

I like this Mo's as it's right near my work and the price is pretty decent and the staff is of a good mind even though they're all so young! there's nothing wrong with having a entirely young crew of wait staff I just feel like they're all kind of bored half the time LOL. I do enjoy going the food is exactly what you expect and the service is fantastic I just wish that things could be a little more on your painting for them it makes me think that there's a cook in the back and everyone up front is only serving and I can see where that would get a little doll if you didn't get a chance to do the cooking yourself anyway just musings it is a nice place to sit down and you can get repeated fountain drinks and the many options of salsa flavors are yummy

I've been to 3 different Moe's and I'm never disappointed... Amazing food and service every time

Quality not quite as good as Chipotle but WAY better value....you actually gets free chips and salsa, unlike chipotle. And Moe's chips ARE better IMO.

It's better than most Moe's in the area, but they are almost always out of something. They were out of shells, ground beef, peppers and onions and most of the proteins. Just walked right out reminded why whenever I'm stuck between wanting five guys burgers or Moe's I generally go to five guys.

This store may be out of business. They were closed for no apparent reason whatsoever at 7:00 PM on 8 Mar 2020. Fail.

Place was clean considering how busy it was. Ordered tacos. Was nothing like what the menu said. How hard is it to make a taco? I had to tell little miss "attitude" what to put in it. Girl doing check out had the same "I hate my job" look on her face. I'm sure the problem was me. It's always the customer; right? Well, there's other taco joints...with friendly staff.

Mexican food. The place can be better taken care of. Not one of my favorite places.
