TL;DR: Go to any other location.New location, went expecting it to hold up to the existing Moes in town. Rice, chicken, and onions were all undercooked. Chips were dripping with oil still. Go an extra 5 minutes and go to the one at Tinseltown if you really want Moes.

If you think you're gonna get better customer service anywhere else, you'd be wrong. Moe's as a whole is a great company, but this one in Tinseltown is the best in Jax! The management team really makes this location just perfect, especially the General Manager. Super friendly of course, and knowledgeable about the food, company history, etc. 8/8 would recommend mate!

Moes moes moes... I'm starting to like the menu more each time I visit. The always friendly staff helps with the preparation of the perfect bowl, burrito or taco etc.
