Moe's Southwest Grill

Had a nice lunch with a work friend. Restaurant was clean. The employees were friendly.

The food was cold, and ild and pretty bland. The guacamole was good. Everything else not so much.

Went in checked out first since some bad reviews. Didn’t hear welcome to Moe’s, didn’t ask how my day was going or anything I guess that is whatever. She took her time making my nachos they came out nice, salsa bar was well stocked and food tasted good. They could be a little more friendlier.

We just are here and we left satisfied. All for of us choose Moe's because food is usually good and price is reasonable. This place is like the others I've been to. This is a late lunch, so place was not crowded. We are back on the road and I have with me the Vanilla flavored coke from the soda mixing machine with the touch screen display that I like so much. I got a burrito here that was named after a person, and the menu didn't describe it at all, so I had no idea what I was getting; but it was very good anyway... the menu had lots to choose from, but no explanation as to what I was choosing.

Unprofessional management staff, does not care about customer satisfaction, staff did not greet or acknowledge customers when customers entered or exited the facility. Not recommended.

Horrible experience!! We order online to come pickup and we are waiting for 40min!! Just because they think the priority is the drive thru! Think before you order online!! Just make us lost time!!!

I've been coming to this location for over 3 yrs. My last two visits were horrible. I had the same individual Kenyatta both times. She was very unprofessional on both occasions. I called the manager Cami to request that she provide more training to her employee on how to treat customers. Not sure if I will be visiting this location in the future.

Moe' has great food but this particular restaurant was in need of some serious attention. I would expect more from a restaurant on this side of town. Half of the salsa bar was empty, one of the drink dispensers was out of Coca Cola and the restroom was disgusting. It was about 4:00 in the afternoon so they were not busy. If I was the owner of this store I would be highly upset. Again, I expect more from a restaurant on this side of town.

Food was great. Tasted better than i remember. Dining room needed a bunch of attention because just about every table was soiled. All good otherwise.

Great food quickly and were super nice. They had a patio outside and we were able to sit out there with our dogs while we ate.

We love Moe's, but this one tends to be less great than the typical one we visit. Portions seem to be a bit smaller and service is slower. Food still tastes great and employees are nice.

Having opened the very first franchise of Moes here in Jacksonville in Tinseltown - I really struggle walking into only the Jacksonville stores now and not to hear the classic - “Welcome to Moes” - to see short staffed locations to save on cost and make the lines longer the typical fast causal places should be in time to walk in and walk out - the tables not clean and unhappy staff these days - if it was not my daughters favorite since birth - we would have moved on long ago - it’s truly only a issue locally - please address each locations with secret shoppers and clean up the brand before its to late locally

Food was wonderful and bathroom was clean. The drivethru is touchscreen, nice!

Always a family favorite. Service is always friendly and quick. The food is always fresh and taste great.
