Great customer service. Moe Monday burrito, chips, and a drink for $6, but I didn't have to pay for it because if you're a rewards member you get a free birthday burrito! Happy birthday to me! Thank you Moe's!!

"out of quinoa" and "out of steak" but started grilling steak as I was getting salsa and leaving. Very unfriendly and uninviting staff

SO GOOD! The food was fresh and well prepared! There is a variety of yummy foods. I definitely recommend this if you are in a hurry but don’t want a burger. Swift is doing a wonderful job and is so funny. This is my new favorite place! I will be coming back very soon.

Ordered a quesadilla with rice and beans, no rice or beans were on my quesadilla that I paid extra for. When I contacted the store, the told me there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even offer a new order. Worst service. They couldn’t find my online order until I asked to speak with a manager. Will not be going back. Did not even sound apologetic at all.

The customer service is great and there's a 10% discount for working in Thruway which is awesome, but the past couple times I've gone there they would give me a bag filled with chips that are so drenched in oil I have to throw them out because they're so bad. Otherwise the food is good.
