Moe's Southwest Grill

This is one of my kids' favorite restaurants in Worcester, MA. I really loved the way that the staff interacted with not only me, but also my children.

Come here every Tuesday for kids eat free. I always get the close talker and it's amazing. Their burritos are awesome as well. I really have no complaints about this place.

Always have a great meal everytime I go. I recommend the Close Talker.

This Moe’s is so hit or miss, depending on the servers. Skimpy on condiments. There is this one rather unpleasant, short woman working there who will look you dead in your eyes and straight skimp you on sour cream. She will then assure that you will be charged extra if you request a little more. Does not go by specific portions. At her discretion, and hers alone.She has horrible customer service and with a disposition like that, she should be FIRED. Or at least stuck in the back, so sour cream lovers can order in peace without looking at that sourpuss.When people who are from outside of Worcester ask me where Moe’s is, I will continue to point them towards Shrewsbury.

First time there, the server was nice but she used a tablespoon to serve what you wanted. I had to ask do you think you can add a little more. Then they charged you when it should of been a regular serve.

Didn't give me my queso.

I have gone here many times eaten in and done take out. The food is consistently good.

Decent food for a quick bite. Service was good and relatively quick even though there were. Lot of customers.

I like Moe’s. If you go on Monday burritos are about $5. I recommend ordering through the app and then picking up. It’s quicker. Sometimes it gets busy 6pm-9pm and I prefer not to wait in line.

The diversity of ingredients and the quality of the service is great. The staff are very pleasant. The store could use a pretty deep scrubbing, though. Part of it is just the age of the place. It just doesn't really feel clean. However, I do takeout, so to me it's great.

Tough call on the rating. Haven't been there in a while, I remembered it being better. Food wasn't quite on point, weren't greeted and only one of the counter staff seemed genuinely friendly. But then maybe I've just gotten spoiled by Mexicali.

I love Moe's. There, I said it. And this particular Moe's, in Worcester, is my favorite. Delicious, fresh, made-to-order, healthy food. Very friendly and fast service! Lots of salsas to choose from, with free chips. Clean seating area, TVs, good music. Plenty of parking. Did I mention I love this Moe's?
