Great food, great prices . Can be busy some nights.

Attempted to call in my order around 11ish since I was ordering for 4 people. The first time no one answered. The 2nd time I was placed on hold. When the girl came back she asked what I needed and when I told her I wanted to place a to go order I was told to hang on and she would find someone to help me. She then came back and told me they would"get to me when they could". I was placed on hold again and then hung up on. I again called back and they picked up the phone bit evidently just took it off the hook because I could hear everything going on in the background. Very unprofessional and poor service. I hope the owner of the establishment sees this so they are made aware that their employees are costing them money!
