Questions & Answers

Hi Hamilton, Yes, we welcome pets at the Huntley Lodge in our Pet-Friendly rooms. Zander, Big Sky Resort

Guests can pull right up to the front of the Huntley Lodge where they are able to unload their luggage and get checked in. From there, the bellmen will be happy to assist you with your luggage and with valeting your car. If you'd prefer to park yourself, the front desk will provide you with multiple parking options and maps with codes to the parking lots during the check-in process.

Hi Barbara, Yes, all of our Huntley rooms have hairdryers in them. -Zander, Big Sky Resort

I cannot recall but I seem to remember pets (specifically dog on the property with guests) so there's hope! I would call

To put it bluntly, they don't have one. In January, I booked a room (as well as reserved ski rentals and lift tickets) for the end of February. A couple of weeks before we were supposed to go, my wife ended up in the ER and spent a couple of nights in the hospital. Nothing life threatening, but i she wouldn't be recovered enough to ski. I called to cancel, but was informed that our reservation was non-refundable. I explained the extenuating circumstances, but was told we would need to provide documentation before they would consider changing the date of the reservation. I provided a letter from our doctor and they gave us a credit that was valid for one year. I can see charging us some fee for canceling a room that they had set aside for us, but they wouldn't have been out anything by forgiving the ski rentals and lift tickets. And they could have at least given us more than a year to use the credit. I think we'll be staying in Bozeman and go to Bridger Bowl next time.
