My first time at Mixt, the salad was so good! Got the Impossible Burger sprinkled on top, perfection! Wish I had remembered to take a picture.

Easily my favorite salad place. I started craving salads from Mixt well before I even liked most salads. I’ve been to a number of their locations, and they’re reliably good. This one in particular looks very open and airy inside, with tons of windows and natural light. If they really are open for lunch and dinner each day like their door currently claims, that could be dangerous for my wallet, but great for my health!
