Mitchell's Ice Cream

It’s been a year since I visited this place and I didn’t think I would miss it so much. I love how they make everything so fresh in the back and how you can sample as much as you want. The prices are fair, especially for the quality of the ice cream. I do wish there was more seating but the upstairs and outdoor seating definitely helps. Even when the lines are long and out the door the service is quick. If I ever come back to cleveland, this is absolutely a must visit stop

Great ice cream at a decent prices. Tons of options with some sorbet included. Tons of seating available and climate controlled. This is a good spot to stop and hangout with the kids as you can go up the stairs and get an overlook of the entire ice cream making process. The staff was prompt and friendly.

Always fabulous, no matter which location you visit! If the line is long, no worries it goes fast. Always friendly employees 😊

Home made ice cream and sorbets. Fun place

Welcoming and plenty of choice. A generous banana split was beautifully prepared and delightfully served. A delight to enjoy.

Amazing as usual. I've had a lot of ice cream and this is still hands down the best. I don't know how they get the butter pecan to taste like that magical butter sugar mix we've all had making homemade cookies, when we've grabbed a bite of the creamed butter/ sugar from the bowl when moms not looking... but they managed to make that into ice cream. Amazing.

We came upon this magical place after checking out The Glass Hole! We'd never been to Cleveland so we were being tourist. The train made me smile just like a little girl in front of me. The lady who helped me genuinely enjoyed her job, she was fantastic!! Perfect fit. (I wish I could remember her name) Honestly, everyone looked genuinely happy! It was really neat seeing the factory behind the counter. Everyone and everything was so white!! I picked the mango sorbet, raspberry sorbet and lemon blackberry sorbet. Absolutely perfect!! Like all three, best I have ever had!!! Next visit I'll get the Root Beer Float, my first choice. Anything I chose would have been amazing, I'm fairly certain. Thank you Cleveland!!!!

We have visited 4 times, but I think we go back before we finish holiday. Great icecream, nice place and lovely staff.

HOLY COW this ice cream is amazing. The strawberry rhubarb was insane, and black raspberry chocolate chunk I think I've had 4 times in a row now. Texture is perfect, flavors are on point. Mitchell's in Ohio City has the factory where you can watch the workers make ice cream while you wait in line. Really cool place and phenomenal ice cream. Love that we found this place!

As always, absolutely amazing! Staff is friendly and efficient (don't let a long line deter you!) and the ice cream is always high quality. A few things that I love about this location include the lovely upstairs, excellent choice of decorations, and the enthusiasm among the staff. Something to note: parking on W25th can be a challenge so you may need to walk.

Some of the best I've cream I have ever has. The strawberry ice cream was outstanding. My son loved his root beer float. Wife enjoyed her frozen yogurt. They also make there own waffle cones which was awesome. Great place.

I love their ice cream, all-day everyday I wish I could eat it. Love the fact that you can see into the prep kitchen.

EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE from the ice cream to the cones! The employees are SIUPER friendly & the scoops are huge! It's surprisingly not expensive either! If you've never been here, do yourself a favor & check them out! You will NOT be disappointed!

Honestly, this is the best non-dairy ice cream I've had in my life. No non-dairy ice cream I've tried before even comes close to the flavor and texture of Mitchell's. It was so good that my friends (who loved the regular ice cream) and I went two days in a row during our weekend trip. This is a definite must-visit.

Best ice cream I've tried in my life, they have a variety of flavors. Unique, everything is made in the store (brownies, cookies, wafers) Rocky road and key lime pie are to die for.
