There are 1st to 3rd floors, the second floor is the non-smoking section, the third floor is the smoking section. The third floor is almost as high as the elevated Keikyu Line, so if you sit on the street side you can see the train going and going. I used to use it on Saturday late night, but it seems to be crowded during the day places.

You can pay at Rakuten points, but Rakuten Pay is not supported.
