Mission BBQ

Love the food. But when you get it takeout...its very greasy. I used 4 paper towels to soak up the grease from a small serving of brisket, and a small serving of pulled pork. Disgusting. Very sad about this. When you eat in they put down a paper on your tray. If you take it to go, like now with Covid19, they just put it in a black foam tray. It wasnt because we took it home that it got greasy.

Best BBQ I've had since I came back from Germany. Best mac n cheese I've ever had. And they support some good causes, such as the USO and local emergency services.

Great food, awesome people, fantastic support for our military personnel! Today was free food for all veterans n all active military personnel! Dad is a WWII Vet himself but we were fortunate to meet with THREE other WWII Vets as well. What an honor, all thanks to Mission BBQ! If you haven't been, treat yourself n check it out! I promise you won't regret it.

For a chain... Outstanding. Great bark on the BBQ, good smokey flavor, and lots of sauce options. Love the option to donate to help first responders and the service was excellent. Do yourself a favor and get the banana pudding, you'll be glad you did! Definitely a place I'll be visiting again if I'm in the area.

I'm hooked...so hooked. It is fast and so good. You'll know when you walk towards the door. You'll smell the meat smoking on site. Sides are great but the meat oh my goodness! They have 6 kinds of barbeque sauce and a lot of beverage options. The staff give top notch service.

This is the best "chain" barbecue I have ever had. The BBQ and all the sauces were awesome. The mac & cheese is fantastic. Cornbread is amazing. They do a lot for veterans. My wife and I were there at noon where they stop everything they're doing and stand for the national anthem. We can't wait to go back!

This was my third time eating from Mission BBQ; the pulled chicken and pork is fabulous, but do not purchase the collard greens. The lady told me, "I've tried the greens and they are really good"! All lies; the greens are watered down and terrible, I threw them in the trash. I just wasted about three dollars on some uneatable collards. Overall; the food is highly pleasant to the taste, or you could say, "Delightful".

There are a lot of great things about Mission BBQ: their support of our military and first responders, the dining area is spacious and staff is friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand is a mixed bag. We tried the shake and bake chicken and a two meat plate. The chicken was hot and had good flavor. The two meats on the plate were pulled pork and sliced brisket. Both of these had good flavor but were just a bit warmer than room temperature and adding of the sauces on the table just made everything colder. Will probably try them again if I am around one of their locations just because the flavor was good and hopefully the execution will be better.

Amazing food but even better people, they love to make you feel like you’re a valued customer, as well as the military decor is awesome. Makes us veterans feel good. Definitely the best BBQ in Fayetteville.

Great service, great food, fast turn around! The atmosphere is amazing, with all the photos and military memorabilia on the walls, as a Veteran this reminded me of why I love this country!!!

The BBQ was pretty good. The brisket was decent enough, being from Texas my standards are pretty high, I would probably order it again. Pulled pork was good, and the beans were excellent. Loved the selection of BBQ sauces, the Old Bay one was very interesting but delicious. Good service and friendly staff.
