Food was a little above ordinary soul food. Service was quick and efficient. I might return there for a carryout meal.

This is a great little place if you are looking for a authentic soul food owned and operated by senior citizens who are very friendly ladies prices are reasonable also.

Some of THE BEST comfort/soul food in the city of Chicago!!! It's like eatin' at your Granny's house with all the food you love!!! Those ladies definitely put their heart, soul and love into their food!!!

I visited Chicago this past weekend and a friend of mine RAVED about how good this food was- I was quite disappointed! The mashed potato salad was bla, the macaroni and cheese was bla, the sweet potatoes were ok but $4 for 2 spoonfuls was crazy expensive. I think because it wasn’t crowded on a Saturday afternoon says it all about the quality of food.

The food there is definitely good but the potions are small and there is a long wait but overall it's decent place to eat

Pretty good food and the wait wasn't long. Ordered baked chicken, short ribs and salmon croquettes meals. My order wasn't correct and they politely made the adjustment and threw in a free dessert. Only disappointment was the "fried corn" ... it tasted like creamed corn from a can.

They have some really good food there just kind of on the expensive side but other than that the food is delicious

The perch fish was fried in old cooking oil. The spaghetti was horrible it was sweet and full of oil. The collar green was the only good thing. I came all the way from Indiana. I will never refer anyone to eat at this place yuk.

My wife and I frequent Miss Lee's once a week. This is soul food cooking at it's best! Just like Grandma used to do! Have had the whole menu and picking a favorite is like picking a favorite child! Food is not over/highly seasoned! Which I prefer. Portions are great and the bag is heavy! I do have to give a special shout out to the peach cobbler! Wow!
