Since we began making gourmet pizza in Kansas City in 1976, we've only used the finest ingredients. Our savory pizzas begin with fresh, hand-rolled dough. They're then layered with generous portions of lean, succulent meats; tender vegetables; and authentic Italian herbs. Each one is then lovingly topped off with rich, REAL mozzarella baked to bubbling perfection. And if you think that sounds good, just wait until you taste it! That same dedication to quality perfection is put into our hand-made sandwiches, our homemade pasta dishes, and our garden-fresh salads with house-made dressings. "Gourmet and going to stay that way!" That's the promise of Minsky’s Pizza. When we create a gourmet pie for you, we don't begin making it until you order it.

I genuinely don't know what they put in the pizza to make it so good, but I cannot get enough of it. Hands down the best pizza around.

I called my order in at 4:24pm was told to pick up in 30 minutes arrived at 5:15 pm parking lot full ofcars. The people did not change the gloves the whole 30 minutes touching condiments with the same gloves handling money

Cozy atmosphere, friendly wait staff. Pizza was good, very cheesy with good crust. Beer was cold. Altogether a nice spot for lunch. Menu is pretty big and we'll have to try more of their offerings next time.
