You ain't coming here for the service, they take your order, you get your food, you get a bill, and you move on. Don't expect smiles or pleasantries. Hand pulled noodles are pretty good here. But do be careful since adding on each additional beef item can get pricey. The spicy beef noodle soup isn't really THAT spicy, it's more numbing than anything, bit I do really enjoy it. On those long cold Chicago nights this really does hit the spot.

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a superb lunchon, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. good and diverse food and a large list of dishes.courteous staff, and nice atmosphere. Also, the pay is fair. I suggest this place with pleasure.

The pork bing was very good! I got the chungking noodles in mild spiciness and it was purrfect for me. The minced pork kinda disappeared into the soup though, I'd recommend just eat them first. And I wish there was more veggies in it. You could pick and choose about toppings, so I'd know what to add next time. The noodle portion was pretty big, so don't order too many other dishes. The noodles probably was the best I've had around Chicago's Chinese restaurant. I'd definitely go back again.

I've been waiting for a good noodle place in Bridgeport for a LONG time and Min's delivers! The original Chungking Noodles were just spicy enough without being overpowering and the braised beef it was served with melted in my mouth. The regular noodles have a nice texture and don't fall to mush after sitting in the soup for a while. The servers were all very attentive; my cup was never empty! The prices are also very reasonable, a generous bowl of noodles for under ten dollars. I will definitely be coming back here and can't wait to try their other dishes!

This was the second time we tried this restaurant. First time when we were here, we ordered their noodle dishes. They were all very tasty and generous portion. Highly recommend the noodle dishes. The second time we came, we ordered different kinds of food, I would say more like breakfast/brunch items. We really enjoyed the soft tofu dishes, we ordered two different kinds (I think both styles are from different regions). My only complaint for this restaurant is they charge your tea by cup, and it’s $1.25 (or more, I can’t remember the exact amount) per lipton tea bag that they use on your cup. When they told us they would charge us for the tea, we were okay with it because we thought it was per teapot. It’s not unusual a chinese restaurant asks you to pay for your tea, but usually they charge per teapot and not per tea cup.Overall:Menu: 5starsFood: 5starsService: 3.5starsPrice: $

Best Bao in the city! I go here regularly. Very nice stuff, some of them work there from the opening, great food. The spicy option can be too spicy, but you can ask to make it medium. My fav is non-spicy Chungking Noodles with Pork Ribs or Braised Beef. I like the non-spicy broth more than spicy version. The later one is too oily to my taste. Iced teas are nice too. And Beef Bao is just awesome.

This place was fantastic! We went with the recommendation of a local and we're not disappointed. The bao was tasty, the noodles springy, and everything had just the right amount of heat. I will definitely go again!

Flavor is a little redundant; however, quite fast and tasty

Dan Dan noodle has a nice taste and is a little numby, the noodles are good and the portion is just right...but overall I thought it was too salty when you got some of the sauce at the bottom of the bowl. Be sure to order it spicy!

Love the noodles! The spicy noodles are sooo good! The reason why I’m rating it 3 stars is because the dumplings were undercooked a little at least the meat inside, but that’s my personal preference I like my beef well cooked. Wish they would also take off the fat from my meat.

My favorite restaurant in Chicago. Large portion, good price, and superb noodles. This is definitely a must-go place if you're into mala stuff. The noodles taste even better with fried breadsticks.

This is the first time we had Chungking (Chongqing) and they were so yummy! My boyfriend ordered spicy Chungking and it was super spicy! If you love spicy noodle dishes, this is the place for you. Very friendly servers and very knowledgeable. I really like the buns with pork & spicy wontons. Street Parking.
