Prices went up, quality went down. I used to recommend this place to others. Now I pass.

The shop is smaller than I expected but with plenty of selections. The service is good to me and I feel comfortable there since the assistant won't abruptly ask what I can do for you but leave your space for you to look around. It is a little pricy for the gift set. The Royce chocolate is just beside it and it is worth looking around there too.

really cute desserts just definitely specialty and a bit overpriced, the persimmon was great but tasted just like a stuffed date

Service was so good and the dessert I got was delicious. A little pricey but worth it. Great products. They let me use my card even though they have a 10$ minimum :’)

Staff is super super nice. However the rainbow waffle was not as good as I expected. Also it is a little pricey for me for what you get.

(Translated by Google) Once upon a time, there was a store in Rockefeller. A great store for those living overseas. I look forward to seeing the interior change depending on the season. I love sakuramochi and castella! (Original) 昔々はロックフェラーに店舗がありました。海外在住者にとって有り難いお店。 内装が季節によって変わるのも楽しみにしています。 桜餅とカステラが大好きです!

Great place for Japanese specialities. Service is always friendly and professional. I make a special trip from Queens to purchase items for my Japanese friend especially at Christmas.

Really awesome Japanese store that sells many different types of candy type items. The people that work there are really nice too.
