Milo's Hamburgers

Every time I go they mess my order up. They cant even get a kids meal right. Burger had sause all over the bun could not even pick the thing up. Then my oters burger had nothing on it dryed out. This was last week I've been 2 other times had problems then to. ZIm so done with this Milos

I've always loved Milo's. I mean I've loved it for years! I was in Birmingham last week and stopped by the Milo's in Inverness for dinner. I must say the food is just not what it used to be. The burger quality doesn't seem like good fresh meat and the fries were barely salted. The orange salt makes them, so having almost no salt on them made them barely edible. I'll continue to visit Milo's when I'm in town, but I sure hope the quality is better next time.

Oh, how I miss Milo's! Couldn't wait to grab a Cheeseburger, Fries, and an extra sauce, while in B'ham, Al. Milo's, you never fail! Food was fantastic and service was fast!

It was our first time. Love the bun and sweet tea. I can't believe they still use styrofoam cups though. The very first Milo's styrofoam cup and everyone after is still out there in some landfill and will be for another million years. Come on Milo, it's 2019, think about the environment.

I never thought I'd experience a dry burger but tonight I did. And the meat was cold and there wasn't enough sauce on the burger. Had hard pieces in the meat. Cups smaller than I remember. Was just gross today. I'm sad.

The hours state 6AM-10PM on Friday. However, I pulled up at 9:20PM and they were closed with the doors locked. I don't understand this.

Fast food can be hit or miss sometimes just like anywhere else. People make mistakes, that's why our Savior died, so that we may walk in Him. Service and burger craftsmanship was definitely under par, but it's hard to go below 4 stars on Milo's. An Alabama original that's unique. Try the thick burger, Milo's style, it's better than the original, juicy goodness that shuts yo mouth!

Yes, the packaged honey mustard is consistently good and the food is consistently good however, If you go through the drive through you will be consistently disappointed. Three out of my last five visits have been huge disappointments. If you read any of my other reviews you will see that I like to do positive reviews. It is only when an establishment has a genuine train-wreck that I will go negative. If you go through the drive through they WILL get your order wrong. If you do not check while you are in the line, when you get home you will be missing something. For example, I ordered 4 chicken strips and get home only to find they gave me 3. If you order a large drink they will give you a medium. Order a large fries, you will get small. My advise is, go inside the store and do not use the drive through if you want your order to be correct.

First time at Milos. Customer service was great! Food, however, was not good. For the price, the food should have been better.

First time visit to this location but have been to other Milo’s restaurants many times before. Can’t beat Milo’s thick burgers, seasoned fries, and the sweet tea is out of this world. This location did not disappoint. We’ll be back next time we visit Birmingham.

Restaurant was clean.Staff was very friendly and helpfyl.Food was great, service was fast.
