Miller's Ale House - Jacksonville Hodges

I saw 2 workers come out of the bathroom without washing their hands. This not only dangerous but extremely nasty. This needs to be addressed

This is one of our most favorite restaurants, we haven't had anything bad there. the food is great the service is great and if you happen to have something off on your order the management is very helpful and understanding.

Once again the food was delicious. With that being said this was the second visit where I saw terrible customer service.. I waited at the take out desk at least 10 minutes before any staff spoke to me.. many just going by... seemed like they were very preoccupied on other things.. when I did get noticed food came very quickly... I will return but won't have alot of expectation with staff..

I love this place. Excellent service every time we go hands down. I always go back so I would reccomend anyone for here as long as U want good food N beverages tht comes with amazing customer service than this is the place for you. 🙂

Nice staff but the thing I love most about this place is the patio. It's nice in summer or winter. In winter the patio is closed and they have heaters around. In summer the windows are open and the fans are on. It makes for a wonderful breeze even when it's crazy hot, which in Florida happens 9 out of 12 months. You can still get full service on the patio because it has it's own bar and you can order food too!

Our night was absolutely amazing because we had Zack, the best server ever. Not only was he friendly, attentive, knowledgeable with the food and drink offerings. He was one of, if not, the best server I've ever had. He treated me and 4 of my friends very well. We would definitely come back again if we lived in the area. Thank you Zack you're one of a kind.

I had to take stars away for poor service. My son and i stopped for lunch, he ordered a salad and was not happy because the waiter brought it out with his hamburger. We did not get any drink refills. When he brought the check then asked if we wanted a refill .

The server was very attentive. We never had an opportunity to ask for anything he was on top of it! Drinks were good also 😉

Incredibly poor experience. Sat down at 11:31 a.m., ONLY person in my server's section. She said hello and I immediately told her "I've got 5 more coming, we're in a huge hurry, I'm going to order for them - hamburgers and chicken fingers." Ok. At noon, she says "It's going to be just another couple of minutes. At 12:11 she says "We're really short handed in the kitchen, but some more people just came in, just a few more minutes." I said "We have to leave in 9 minutes" (49 minutes after I ordered). At 12:15 we get the hamburger, but with the wrong side. At 12:19, one minute before we have to leave, she brings the chicken fingers in to-go boxes. And a check. No apology, no nothing. And, no, I didn't talk to the manager, because we had to be somewhere - like I'd said when I sat down, 49 minutes earlier. By the way, the people in the adjacent section were getting their food while we sat and watched. Worst service ever at an Ale House.

Staff is more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to the guests. I've been in the business... place needs some management... leadership.

They have gone downhill. We arrived around 7pm on a Sat. Evening. I was surprised that bar wasn't busier but understand why. After no service until 20 minutes later. There was 3 ladies ( Bartender's I observed talking amongst amongst eachother. Several people were waiting for service as well. Our food we order Zinger melts We have had better in the past, Very disappointed...😳

Great place I love the patio area food not bad. Staff always friendly full bar good drinks. Great place to watch the game.

I met a friend for dinner which resulted in 4 hours of chit chat. The waitress was the most attentive waitress I've ever experienced, maybe borderline annoying (kidding) came by our table every 10-15 minutes to check on us. Both my Jambalaya and the salad for my friend was great and fresh, I could have used a tad more spice, but that's a personal preference. Went on a trip to Florida had dinner with my mate Cathy my son and his friend, had a great meal and enjoyed the area. we will be back in the near future. great job at ale house and great area

Took forever to get a table. There were 6 empty tables for 15 minutes as no one was cleaning them. A large party got bumped in front of us because their table was clean. When asked the hostess stated she had to wait for the table to be cleaned. Two hostess and a manager standing around could have helped clean the tables to seat guest. Waitress and food was great. Only giving 3 stars as the manager should have been cleaning the tables or getting the staff to turn the tables quicker.

Our first time eat here. We ordered loaded fries and shared a prime burger. It was excellent and so good.We def will come back and try other stuff on their menu
