Arrive early to skip lines for a delicious and adventurous breakfast. Their fare is unique, and usually hits the mark with a tasty and interesting flavor profile. The food tends toward the heavy side (not large portions). Don't worry if the menu wasn't your favorite. It changes very often. The vibe is low-key hipster. Staff are usually friendly, but carry an occasional aloof disregard. For coffee, opt for a specialty drink - they do them very well. Brewed coffee is meh.

The food itself is very good, and the atmosphere is very trendy. Very Instagram friendly. However it is very expensive, especially when you see how dainty the serving sizes are. I paid $20 for one waffle and a cup of coffee, including tip. It's simply not enough for anyone with a busy day. The quantity to quality ratio needs attention.

Drinks are great, food was just not my thing at all. I felt that the pastrami sliders they had were not the best. I got two, and I couldn't even finish the second one unfortunately. The saltiness and texture from the biscuit was just way too overpowering for me, and I felt upset that this place, that's been so hyped up, was not living to my expectations. Maybe I just went during a really different menu listing and nothing just appealed to me?I'll give the decor and staff an A. They were lovely and really friendly. I like the atmosphere the place was trying to give, however I wish the counter had more space.
