The name speaks for itself. The rich and creamy milk mixed with extreme flavorful fruits to different teas is very good. You get it and shake it to mix the flavors. Once you mixed it the flavors speaks for itself. Some may not be as flavorful but dont make it your last drink. I got five drinks and end up liking two. Every drink serve different flavors/taste for different days. Try it yourself and find your favorite drink. - THAI GREEN MILK TEA for the win.

The 2 flavors of ice cream that we had were good. My kids loved watching the people make the ice cream rolls and selecting the extra toppings.The downside to this place is the lack of space and price. The line was out of the door when we were leaving and there wasn't enough tables and chairs to accommodate all the customers. I also think $7 (including tax) for a small bowl of ice cream is a bit steep in my opinion.

I have been going to Milk Lab for about a year now and they never disappoint. Their tea is delicious. It can get packed, the store is rather small. This is definitely my favorite boba place.

We had cookie monster $6.47 and matcha latte Milk cap(regular)$5.75 you may think its expansive but its worth it if you add many topping. (Topping is on the house). Clean dining area, high speed employees you wont wait that long. its much slow on week day. Good place to chill.

Well worth the hour drive out! I'll gladly do that again!

This was our first time stopping at Milk Lab. We absolutely loved it, the atmosphere and the staff. We had: Monkey Business, Kiss Me and the Campfire. We all shared them and really enjoyed them all.We can't wait to come back to Cary just to stop here again!My 9 year old nephew said it was the "best ice cream place ever!!"

Really good ice cream and interesting premise, though not gluten-free. They do glove changes, though don't clean the surfaces between batches, and most of the mix-ins and toppings are gluten-filled.

Best ice cream until now. Made with pure milk plus you get free unlimited toppings. I tried "Monster cookie", most popular flavor they say. It was totally worth the money. Definitely be going back to try more.

Really good ice cream. Good milk teas too. Service is a little slow but everyone is very friendly and they really let you pile the toppings on. Kids love watching them make the ice cream right in front of them made to order.

My only complaint is how small the space is. The line was out of the door, and from what I heard it is always that busy. But it was good ice cream and truly and experience.

Amazing overall! I prefer this location over Kung-Fu Tea due to the rewards program, rolled ice-cream w/ unlimited toppings, and efficiency - you never have to wait too long for tea.Plus, convenient corner location with outdoor seating!Great staff - btw Charlie is awesome and gives honest recommendations!

When I was standing in line I was thinking, this is a little pricey. But it was absolutely worth it! The ice cream is delicious, cool flavors ( try the lychee), toppings are free... We will definitely be back.

They truly stand by their unlimited toppings policy on the rolled ice cream. Here are all the toppings we got on our unicorn poop ice cream, and somehow they still made it look beautiful!
