I just had a sandwich on sliced wheat and the loaf of bread they were using had huge void pockets so my sandwich was missing a third of each slice. After contacting management, Mary Beth went above and beyond to make it right. Even though I ordered my sandwich in the store, she delivered a new sandwich because I had to go back to work. I was about to post a scathing review but the effort that management put in to correct the mistake has restored my faith in Milio's East Johnson.

Good sandwich chain! Milos has been a favorite of mine for years. I love the homemade bread. It's not like any other I've had before. Milos offers delivery, take out, and dine in service. Lots of sandwich options and sides. They are family friendly and have great service. I love them.

Everyone is friendly. Used to come for lunch twice a week. Best to arrive outside of normal lunch hours, unless you want to deal with highschoolers. They've had to ask the teachers to hammer down on their behavior in the past.

The sandwich was basically meh. I had the 14 and the chicken was barely there. The pesto on it was fine.Bathroom was what I'd call a mess. Paper on the floor, bathroom needing to be mopped, and most surfaces just needing to be wiped down.

UPDATE: Gerard H. responded quickly to my complaint. He was courteous with handling the situation below. I am very appreciative and grateful for him following up.Ordered food for myself and some co-workers and our ENTIRE order was wrong. When I called, they claimed they couldn't find my order. I had the order number and asked them if they wanted it and they said no. Then someone rudely in the background asked why was I just calling (I ordered around noon for my co-workers, but I don't go to lunch until 1:00 pm). I thought that was extremely rude. Anyway, they said that they'd write my name down to get a meal the next time I ordered. When I tried to cash in on it, they inconveniently couldn't find my name. I emailed corporate and never received a response. It's a shame because my company orders lunch almost everyday and I made sure to let the lunch coordinator know. $30 down the toilet, I won't be eating at Milio's ever again, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!
