I always order from Milano's and the food is pretty good and affordable. I enjoy ordering... the girl on the phone is very polite. The pizza is a lil cold sometimes but cant complain is good food

Great Pizza and friendly staff. And not just a pizza joint, has convenience items as well, including cigarettes. And the best part, it is open till 4am on weekends, and 2 or 3am weekdays. Very convenient for the late night/graveyard shift workers!

Everything sucks bout Milanos. I stopped ordering from them because of the very poor customer service. Now I order from Tommy's Pizza on Chalkstone ave. They are only open until 11 buy they have the best tasting pizza. The sauce and the cheese is amazing.
Yes you swipe your card when they arrive. They have a portable machine.
They really are the worst. I stopped ordering from them because the food isnt even all that great and the customer service is even worse. Try Tommy's Pizza. Tastes a whole lot better and customer service is great from the person picking up the phone to the delivery guy. I order there at least once a week.
Milanos is the worst place to order from. I ordered a sausage and peppers sub and I got a cold bun sliced sausage and 2 small pieces of cheese. No sauce,,no peppers! That place sucks!!!!!!!! The customer service is horrible and the same goes for the managers too!!! When a manager hangs up on you that is poor professionalism! That place should be shut down!!!!!!???
