Love the food here and the mom and pop feel. Seems like it's a regular stop for those that live in the area. If I lived nearby I'm sure I'd become a regular. Highly recommend.

Milano's is a very special place to my family. My grandparents have known the owners for over 30 years and come every Tuesday for dinner. The food is amazing and the service is awesome, they always treat us like family. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants good service and great food!

We went yesterday to Milano's for the first time and I love it. I loved the atmosphere of the place, it seems like a real old school Italian restaurant with the wood walls and the white table cloth and booth seats. The waitress was wonderful and the food came out quickly ( we did go in at 11 am on a Monday so this may not be typically for a weekend). I ordered the Linguine alle vongole and it was delicious. We will definitely be going back again soon.

Milano’s is a beautiful, quiet place to dine. The food is amazing and portions are large. I highly suggest the bake rigatoni and the bread, oh that bread melts in your mouth. One of my favorite places to dine with my girlfriends and my family.Thank you Milano’s

An absolute delight!!! Went here with my dad, his wife, and my wife after his appointment at the James. The entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped foot into the establishment. The food... Let me just say, the food was magnificent!!! Also, the owner took time out of his busy day and joined us at our table to talk and ask how our meal was. You just don't get that kind of service from places anymore. We live in Zanesville and plan to go back on a very frequent basis for sure!!!

Honestly a great overall Italian restuarant on the Eastside of Columbus. Owner is genuine and friendly. Pasta hood, sauces original and tasty. Lunch a good deal.

Old school Italian restaurant with warm and friendly service. I enjoyed their Wednesday dinner special - a 16oz Prime Ribs, with salad and side for $12.95. Terrific values.

I brought my family for dinner. We were treated with friendliness and respect from the time we walked in. Once seated our server was very friendly and made sure everything was done the way we wanted. I couldn't ask for better service. I will go back.
