Milano's Italian Grill

This place was fantastic. All the food felt homemade and authentic. Susan, our server, was incredibly kind and was happy to walk my mom through the menu. So helpful. Muscles with white wine sauce was a highlight as well as the diablo shrimp pasta. Prices were reasonable and service was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.

Great, authentic Italian food. If you are searching for Italian, look no further because there's nowhere close, besides Brunos in Little Rock, that does Italian the right way. These guys do it.

The food here is delicious! We tried to get reservations at olive garden on new year's and they were totally full so we found this place and im sure glad we did! Way better than olive garden! Focaccia was amazing, alliso sauce home made and delicious. Cheesecake yuuuum. And super reasonably priced.

New family ownership is 100% better than the original restaurant.

Wouldn't waste my money on going back again. My boyfriend and I both barely had more than a few bites of our entrees before we decided it wasn't good at all. I threw the majority of it away and the only reason I ate what I did was because we spent the money. The chicken in my dish was not cooked all the way and the texture was my first indication. My upset stomach was my second indication. Save your money or visit Veronas on Skyline Dr in Conway if you're looking for good Italian food.

Everything was superb! From the staff to the food. I almost never try new items, but tonight I risked it and was rewarded with an awesome dish that I can't spell or pronounce. The portions are HUGE, so take an appetite with you!!!

Ummm guys... this is the absolute best place in West Little Rock! It takes forever to decide on what to have because it all seems so amazing. I had the Spaghetti Works dish and it was terrific! The entire table’s food came out steaming hot and oh so fresh. I will come here always when I want pasta. If you haven’t been yet, GO!!! You will not regret it. The waitress was just as fantastic as the food. The support staff was too! I can’t rave enough about this place! Go go go!

The food is really great. I had the Fettuccine Carbonara, and it was fantastic. The staff was very attentive, but not in your face. Overall a wonderful restaurant, and great atmosphere.BUT I'm giving them 4 stars because the bathrooms are frightening. They don't match the place at all, and remind me of a run down gas station. They really should have redone those in the update, because yikes.

I always have to get their appetizer the meat fried ravioli!!! So delicious!!! So far every pasta dish I order is amazing ! They give you a good portion I always have left over ! Customer service is great and everyone is friendly !

The food was quite good, but the service is where they really shined. Very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. Excellent!

It's a great Italian restaurant. Service was also great. The food was delicious. I had the Chicken Tuscany and my wife had the Shrimp Louisiana. Well worth putting on your "to visit" restaurants list. We'll be going back for sure.

Awesome! Food was over the top and the portions are crazee big. 2 can easily eat off 1 order. Definitely be back

Did the curbside pick up for lunch today - food was hot and delicious. The very generous portions was truly enough for 2 people - I had the chicken parm!
