Went on the country bike tour (4hr) well worth it. The price wasn't bad and you got alot out of the trip. Our guide Patrick was super friendly and nice. I would choose this tour over the city. If you have never biked in Amsterdam or are not the best biker, the city could definitely be a challenge especially during tourist season. The cheese at the cheese farm you visit is on par!

A MUST DO experience ! We had a great time on the 3 hour tour around Amsterdam. We haven't been riding for a wile, but the bikes were extremely comfortable and easy to use. The tour around Amsterdam, local attractions and along the canals was wonderful. Our guide was funny and very knowledgeable. We are REALLY glad we did this !!

We took a 3 hr city cycle tour with them and our guide Was Conney. Despite the pouring rain and cold weather, our group of 7 made through the complete circuit(other couple of groups cancelled it in between, we were told!) . It was a well organised trip and the cycles were really good too. Conney is a Chilean but she has good knowledge on Dutch history and good command of English. We stopped at 3-4 main attractions and also had a.15-20 mins coffee break. They had also provided rain conches which was helpful.I think they trimmed some places(Artis zoo, Ann frank house etc) from the original itinerary but it was OK considering the totally inclement weather. We really enjoyed the trip. Will surely recommend, especially during summer!

Great experience! We were a little nervous about biking in Amsterdam but felt like it was a necessary bucket list item and I'm so glad we booked this tour. Our tour guide was awesome and we got to see some really great sites!! Wouldn't book this tour though unless youre decently comfortable on a bike.

We had a tour with Simon and it was the highlight of our trip in Amsterdam. He's very knowledgeable of the history and artichtecture of Amsterdam and surrounding. Super fun experience! Would 100% recommend!!

The best way to see the city of Amsterdam. Our tour guide Ivan was fantastic, informative, fun, and he ensured that no - one got left behind and everyone safely navigated through the streets and canals. Finished off with some Apple Crumble and a Texel Beer which was the cherry on the cake to a great morning out. So much fun. If you don't book a Mike's tour and Ivan then you you are missing out.

My wife and I went on the 2 hour tour. If we had more time we would have went on the 3 hour tour. The 2 hour tour was still great and our tour guide told us lots about Amsterdam. We did the tour near the end of our stay but we would recommend it near the beginning so you sort of get a quick tour of the city so you know where to go for the rest of your trip. I think it would be a little hectic to ride without a tour guide but would still recommend renting bikes on your own. It was nice with the tour guide because she took you on the paths you knew were good and easy to navigate. Yes it can get busy but it all runs pretty smooth considering there are tons of pedestrians and bikes, along with cars. I think our tour guides name was Sas? She was Polish and very nice and friendly. Bikes were comfy as well. A tip: If you ride at the back to anchor the team you may get a nice free bell at the end for your service, this was a nice souvenir for me :)

Mikes Bikes tours are well organised and led, the bikes used are a very comfy ride. Not even a torrential downpour halfway through our city tour could dampen the spirits! Amsterdam is after all said and done a city below sea level so a bit of moisture is to be expected. Our ride was led at a nice pace which would suit the members of the party who don't regularly battle London traffic. Riding a bike in Amsterdam shows how good city cycling could be. I will definitely go for another tour with Mikes Bikes again when I next visit.

We did 3 Mike's bikes tours in Europe. Amsterdam city tour, munich, and amsterdam countryside tour. All of our guides were american and really nice and interesting people who resettled in their respective cities. I felt all were lacking on substance and information on the tour. The first guide we got in amsterdam was probably the best of the three but I think it all depends on which guide you get. For the countryside tour you be much better off just renting a bike and riding out to the farm they visit. I haven't tried any other bike tours in Amsterdam so I can say if they are any better.

We had a great experience of the City Mini Tour. The bikes are in good conditions, the staff very friendly and the itinerary is nice! It is suitable for any age as long as you can cycle. After that we felt confident to rent bikes and go explore on our own.It didn't feel like our guide Connie was on a tight money-making schedule at all and that feels good. Book ahead during the busy weekend as it gets fully booked.I personnally wish for more historic and architecture information or some "local tips" about neighbourhoods life.

Excellent experience. A very good intro to the city, to getting around it on a bicycle and the cycling culture of the bikeways. If you are fortunate enough to have Sander as your guide, you will get a tour that, for my money, ranks with the best city tours I have ever had.

Never mind the lager, this is probably the best bike tour in the world! Booked a 3 hour tour. Our guide Ivan was informative, funny, helpful but most of all looked after each and everyone of us as we cycled around the city. Informative and interesting and well worth the money. The beer and apple pie break topped the trip!😁 well worth a 5* rating.

I loved this tour. This was the best thing i did in Amsterdam. The bike paths weren't too strenuous. You really get to see a lot of amsterdam and you learn so much about the town. My regret is not doing the tour when i first came to Amsterdam because it makes you want to see so much more.

Mike's Bike was a great spot. I did the long city tour that last 3 hours. I feel like we could have gone 6 hours. Sanders was our tour guide. He grew up in Amsterdam so he knew everything about the city. He was very informative and showed us how the traffic worked in the city with the cars, bikes, and trams. It was so interesting to see how well the city worked naturally. Sanders was the best part of the tour. When we stopped for a beer he showed us an old map from the 1500's of Amsterdam. This was the coolest tour I had ever done.
