I had not been to Mike's in years due to moving to another area. I took my-mother-who requested we go there for lunch. The food choices were excellent as well as the food and service. It was a-great experience and I will be back whenever I am back in the area.

Great meal, wife and I had the two choice plates $18 each. On Sundays the second meal of equal value was half price, a total $33 with a Tea and one water. Way more food than she was able to eat, just the right size for me.

WONDERFUL!! We were in Boone, NC on vacation and stumbled upon this place. Not fancy or upscale by any means, but OUTSTANDING food. The Stuffed Flounder and Jumbo Shrimp were amazing! The hushpuppies they bring to you are delicious as well. The staff was very welcoming and the owner went out of his way to help my 5 yr old son with the Gumball Machine. We will definitely be back!!
