Amazing craft beer selection - but no flights, so choose wisely! Make sure you get there at least 2 hours before the game starts; note, they don't let you open a tab on game days. Decent food with a few simple vegan options - standard NY prices. The biggest problem was they refused service after the game despite their "serving 2 hours before/after each game outside regular hours" policy. The Saturday game finished at ~11:30pm and everyone that stayed til the end tried to get a night cap, but the bar tender said they already had last call, though it was well within their opening/serving hours... super frustrating!

Great beer hall with tasty food as well! Go on the day of an away game, and you'll get the tailgate deal on nachos and wings. They have 40+ beers on tap, most Mikkeller, but others from area NY brewers as well. Go for the sours, and you'll have a great summer afternoon out. They do some crazy good disco fries and have TVs around with the game on. Very large space kept very clean and easy to hang out in with a group.

If you are looking for a place to grab a beer before the Mets game, Mikkeller is the place to go! The Brewery, which is attached to the stadium, has 60 revolving beers on tap, Pat LaFrieda beers.... Need I say More!! It even stays open after the game for a night cap! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. That helps because with all the beers they serve, you may need a hand on deciding what to try first. Go check them out!! I will see you there!

Large taproom located in Citi Field with more than 50 rotating draft beers. About half of them are brewed by Mikkeller in NYC, San Diego, or Denmark. The rest is a well-curated mix from around the world. Go for the small pour size and try more! They also have a bottle list featuring e.g. a couple of beers by Cantillion. The food menu was co-created with four well-known chefs, and consists of everything from sallad and falafel sandwich to Korean fried chicken, and of course a burger and a hotdog. Plenty of seats at either communal tables or the bar. Stop by the gift shop on your way out and pick up some merchandise and/or a few cold beers to go.

Great craft beer and also great partnerships with other breweries. Please note that they encourage a cashless payment system so get your debit or credit cards ready!

Located in Citifield but only accessible from the street. 5 min from walk from subway counter clockwise to stadium. Ground level entrance with merchandise and cans and bottles to go on your left as you enter. Huge ceiling with tanks to the right. Walk through seating area to the bar (60 taps) with several local and NYS breweries available in various serving size. Quite different ordering beer. You dont walk up to bar and choose your bartender. A hostess holds you on line until a bartender is free. Very Euro orderly. No open tabs but they have a # system for tables. Water coolers on all corners to cleanse the pallet and 2 mobile can and bottle carts if you dont want to go to the bar. Tremendous amount of sours and barrel aged stuff. Didnt try food but i will be a frequent drinker.

This place is a must visit, regardless of whether or not you’re seeing a game. The selection is incredible - dozens of taps with a variety of styles and brewers. They also have a ton of to-go cans of their best stuff. Ok game day the place is a zoo but if you get a table you can order drinks via a website, which is much much faster than waiting on the giant bar line. One of my favorite beer spots in NYC

Truly impressive selection. Decidedly worth a try. Whatever your preference, you'll find something. Try to look out for the waiter Erving (that's the guy with the dreads)...you will be well served. Tip him well. He is VERY well worth it!

Huge range of their products in three sizes ranging from small tastes to full pours. You have to enter from outside the stadium. It can be crowded and they have to figure out how to optimize ordering but they’ll get the hang of it soon one hopes.

Great beer, great food, great service! Will be crowded after a game, but not very crowded otherwise. They have cans-to-go. The beer in the photo is "8's the hard way"- delicious!

While our Mets suck right now, there is something around Citi Field to be happy about. I left the game after the 7th inning since we were getting trounced by the Nationals and I must say, this Mikkeller Brewery might be some trouble for the vendors at Citi field. If you don’t want to throw down an arm and leg for a beer at Citi field, which is limited in variety, then show up a bit early and head to Mikkeller. The selection is huge and beers average about $6. The Brewery is outside of the stadium so if you’re at the game, you will not be allowed re-entry if you go to the brewery. As the Brewery is standalone, it’s open on non game nights as well. I had some empanadas which were very good and tasted like they were made fresh given that just made dough taste. Definitely will be back to catch a game.

Beautiful new brewery in Citifield. Huge tap list and some amazing bottles. Staff are helpful and accommodating and food is delicious. A little bit mobbed on opening day but can't hold their popularity against them.
