Mikado Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar

I just enjoy their dishes. I always get awesome service here. The place is neat and the workers are always friendly. Will come visit again.

You can never go wrong with Hibachi and this place checks all the boxes. I have the filet mignon with scallops. So tender and juicy. Excellent value for your money.

The chefs are wonderful people. Servers are pretty nice.

I got seated pretty quickly and they came around to take my order promptly too, but keep in mind that it was the middle of the day during lunch. I would imagine it is busier during dinner. I ordered the lunch sushi special. The salad came super fast and the miso soup followed shortly after. Both were pretty good. I also got my sushi quickly too, almost around the same time as my soup. The sushi was pretty good too. It wasn't the best I've had, but I been to a lot of sushi bars and this one is not bad for Front Royal. I enjoyed my time here and would bring a friend.

Came here on a Wednesday and sat in the sushi bar. Our server was such a cutie! He was very on top of things and the food was so yummy. Great sushi!

Fun to watch them chef it up in front of u I like it and great food jus a little pricey but well worth it tho!!!

Excellent food and service. Food preparation is right in front of you. Great sushi too.

Restaurant was clean and inviting. Service good, but was deliberately misleading as to "extras". Hibachi chicken was underseasoned and overcooked. Red noodles best thing on the plate. Salad was good and dressing really good, but order it on the side. My salad was drowned in dressing. Manager took care of the misunderstanding. I'm not rushing back, but will be specific. A little pricey for the quality.

The food is always good here. Service in the front tends to be a little slow sometimes. If you are in the back where they cook at your table it is much better. Food is very good and you get a ton of it.

Sat In the sushi area. Hostess was very welcoming and nice. After we ordered our drinks our waiter brought them quickly after. We got a few rolls and they were awesome. Great food. And even better service. Wish I could rate higher!

This place is amazing! The food was delicious, our hibachi chef was henra and our whole table, including my 2 kids, loved him. Our waitress was Christina and she was very friendly and attentive. There was one waitress that passed by us and I asked her for a utensil and she was pretty rude but overall the experience was great and we will return.

Came in during lunch and sat at the sushi bar. Hostess immediately greeted me as I walked in and told me I could sit anywhere. Area was very clean, neat, and organized. Condiment containers, napkins, and trays were filled to the top. Shows that the staff is on top of things and attentive to detail. Waitress attended to me in less than five minutes. She was personable, informative, efficient, and quick as she got my drink and place my order. Sushi was delicious. Fresh made to order and quickly prepared. Great prices especially when ordering of their lunch menu.

Great food at a good value. Sushi Master is on point. Had hibachi Maki Maki meal, California Maki, and shrimp tempura Maki with added crab. The server Lloyd was also very friendly and attentive. Definite revisit in order!

Best sushi in front royal. Yamafuji is cheaper, but the quality at Mikado is so much better. Salmon melts in your mouth, lobster roll is delicious, and getting from the grill is also a great option.
