Very friendly, and welcoming staff. Took the time to explain the menu options, and what there speciality items were. I ended up ordering the beef brisket with a side of mac and cheese, which was a awesome meal after a long day.

Closest you will get to Texas brisket in Charlotte. An absolute must if you are looking for a new favorite BBQ joint. Thank you Christopher for the hospitality, history, and service. Amazing!

Everything was awesome. The baked beans had so much barbecue in it, I may have gotten away with just ordering a big portion of baked beans. They have hands-on ownership, customer-focused waitstaff and unbelievably good food.

Brisket! Ribs! The burger is way underrated!
Ask for a manager when applying inside and be prepared to have an interview at the moment just in case if you qualify for their needs. Dress well and have a good smile on your face
