If you want the worst customer service you can easily get it in this Cartier branch, been waiting yesterday for 20 mins with my friend just for a security guard to approach us to ask if we need any assistance. When we asked yes we would like someone as we want to check some items he said everybody is busy, just wait. I have to mention 3 customers were in store at that time, but we decided to leave as nobody was coming.On the other hand the other branch in Dubai mall is absolutely amazing, great customer service, the guys are doing an amazing job no wonder we bought everything we wanted

Very poor service. Very rude and obnoxious. Many staff but You are kept waiting, you're treated with arrogance and pretenscious attitude by most of the staff with the exception of maybe one or two 👎👎👎 how is it then you are a luxury brand we pay tons of money on your items receive embarresment and rude remarks

Do you want a bad quality watch?Do you want a watch that contacts only air and touch nothing because is so easy to get scratched?High price only to pay the name Cartier and nothing more.My watch came in a very bad condition only after 1 month of wearing it.Customer service willing to do anything but blaming me. Money hungry brand that meets no expectations.I wish I could turn the time back and never have invested in Cartier.

Bought our wedding band for our upcoming wedding and we have amazing experience. The sales staff assisting us nicely. The engraving in our wedding band are pretty. Highly recommend to visit.

What a horrible money hungry customer service.I brought in my watch just to have the batteries changed, they told me they need to change the whole mechanism inside its spoiled and the waterproof part is broken. also they need to change the glass on the dial. They quoted me 2500 AED. I told them i don't need all of that I just wanted the battery changed.They were almost forcing me to do all the above. I took it from them without any servicing. All this took almost a week of back and forth arguing.I then traveled to Bangkok and gave Cartier in Bangkok my watch to change the battery, within two hours the watch was ready, I only paid about 150 AED and on top of that I asked them if something is wrong with the mechanism or any other parts, they told me that my watch is PERFECT from the insides and nothing additional is needed.

Worst customer service in the world, we walked in to buy my wife a 58,000 watch that we had already seen somewhere else. Three ladies that worked at the store were standing right next to us putting some necklace in the display window, I asked them for assistance and they said we will be there in a bit, we stood watching as the 3 of them did a one person job. The security guard approached them and asked them again as she saw my expressions getting boiled up. I refused to wait further, this is a luxury brand not a line up at a bus station and we left the store, gladly my wife said shes not intrested in the brand anymore as this is the 2nd time we get the same treatment in Cartier.
