Food was great and fresh!

My first visit was pretty good. They had ran out of the vegetarian protein option but the lamb was spicy and a lil dry. Thank goodness for all of the side options to top it with to bring the moisture back. I'm usually not a fan of mall food court foods as I feel they are prepared to fast and taste is lacking most times. This was a very good restaurant that I could visit again for carryout meal. Can't want to see what Gambrills location brings.

I think of this place as a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. They have salads, rice bowls, wraps and other quick service items. Proteins include chicken and beef shawarma , kabob chicken and veggies to name a few. Toppings are vast with selections like hummus, eta, couscous, tabbouleh, olives, pickled veggies and other med favs. Sauce range from tangy to down right hot. When I want something different, this is where I go.

Fresh ingredients, and lots of options!

By all means, DO NOT eat here right now!!!!!! I am home currently with a stomach flu also known as the norovirus. The food must have been contaminated because obviously I am sick and it's awful.

Update - management kindly replied to me and are working on improving the quality issue. Hopefully, food will improve and provide customers a better experience. I just picked up a bowl for dinner from the Crofton, MD location. Yes, the food is delicious, but the service is fantastic. I'm an entrepreneur and I pride myself on serving my clients with excellence, so good customer service is important to me--but excellent service is even better. They were out of the protein I wanted in my bowl so I had to wait a bit for them to prepare more. It wasn't a long wait, but as a consolation for waiting they rang my purchase up at a lower price point than what the normal charge was. Acknowledging the inconvenience of the customer and giving a "gift" makes for an unexpected but very much appreciated experience. Thank You!
