Best ice cream place in the city. A wonderful menu, and you can choose any topping you want to design your own as well. And they make amazing ice cream pies, and other stuff too! Plus, they have a juke box, and they're open most of the year, and open very late, so you can get ice cream even at almost midnight.

I would recommend this place every day over Marble Slab anbd Dairy Queen for the best Ice Cream Cakes in the city. Marble slab is corporate and bland, these guys are local and super friendly and their ice cream cakes are spectacular. 5 Stars + from Millars Law

My husband and I love coming here for dates and we can't wait to bring our kids here one day. Between the unique atmosphere, good service, and great ice cream I'm always happy to have come here.Edit: As a kid there was a place I went that had the BEST mint chocolate chip ice cream. The place shut down, I cried, I lived in disappointment for loss of my favorite ice cream. Until today. Today I have tried Merla Mae's mint chocolate chip ice cream. Today I have tasted part of my childhood come back to life. This is my favorite mint chocolate chip now and I'm so so so so so happy I tried it today.

The ice cream, pricing, serving size, and service here are all outstanding! Being a small, family-run business, the place has a nice down-home feel. Outdoor seating can be limited during busy times.
