Unbelievably wonderful staff at Merchants! A hand made Birthday card was presented to me after our meal in lieu of dessert. Went way out of their way for my gluten intolerance. Food was absolutely delicious too.

Good service. Good beer. Food was a weak 2 star. Chicken was very dry. Hamburger seemed to lack any kind of seasoning including salt. And the fried catfish tasted absolutely nothing. On the plus side the fried tater tots tasted very good. And the fries were good. But main dishes were disappointing to say the least. We did come very early on a Tuesday so maybe the main chef was not there yet. Anyway the people were nice and the local beer was really good. So 3 stars for the overall experience.

My wife and I happened to stop through before going to the Bridgestone Arena for a hockey game. We were blown away at the amazing service and delicious food. Our bartender Wendy was the most caring and understanding person ever. Wendy went above and beyond in caring for my wife’s allergy needs and very specific dietary restrictions. We had the chicken wings and jambalaya, both of which were fantastic. I have not experienced a better overall meal in Nashville and highly recommend going if you are on Broadway. Thank you Merchant team for the wonderful experience!
